Georgiou – Reconciliation Action Plan

I designed this 2026 Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan for Georgiou while working at WA design agency Impact Digi. It was an update of an earlier RAP, with Georgiou looking for a more contemporary and refreshed approach. I developed a new visual direction with a much less corporate layout, using curved, sweeping organic shapes and picking up on design elements from the stunning artwork throughout the document.

A key element of the RAP is a two-page timeline documenting Georgiou’s reconciliation journey. Following completion of the RAP, Georgiou engaged us to develop an animated version of the timeline, which was developed as a responsive interactive experience for their website, as well as a video version for use across social media. I also designed a suite of Canva social media templates using the visual language and artwork from the RAP, along with a pull-up banner promoting the document. This was the first project we worked on with Georgiou, and the success of the RAP has led to them engaging Impact Digi for numerous other projects.
