Rio Tinto - Advertising

I designed a range of digital, print and large-format advertising for Rio Tinto while working at WA design agency Impact Digi. The majority of the work focused on recruitment, particularly attracting workers for FIFO roles in remote regions, as well as Indigenous and female employees. This included a number of targeted recruitment campaigns, as well as advertising connected to recruitment initiatives, events and key dates such as NAIDOC Week and National Skills Week. The work spanned social media, digital advertising, billboards, airport signage and other targeted placements.
