BHP - A History in Posters
BHP approached Impact Digi to create a series of materials celebrating NAIDOC Week’s 50th anniversary and the 2026 theme, 50 Years of Deadly. The project brought together more than five decades of NAIDOC Week poster artwork, celebrating the artists, stories and themes that have shaped its history.
The centrepiece was a 3×2 metre poster featuring reproductions of posters from across NAIDOC Week’s history, displayed at BHP mine sites around Australia. This was accompanied by an A3 poster providing context about NAIDOC Week and the significance of the 50-year milestone, and an A5 booklet taking readers on a journey through the decades, with poster reproductions, artist information and descriptions.
It was a particularly rewarding project to be involved in, and the work received overwhelmingly positive feedback from BHP.
Client: BHP (Australia).
